My brakes finally came to a grind and my car became un-driveable. I brought it in and despite the short notice my car was ready for pickup that same afternoon. Had a hassle free experience. Dropped the car in the morning before I left for work and picked it up late in the night after I came back from work. it was perfect. The car was repaired well, with no direct interaction of mine.
I called here to ask if they did engine work. My wife's car blew a head gasket, or so I thought, and I'm looking around for a place to fix it since nobody seems to want to open up an engine anymore.. I don't remember the guy's name that answered the phone, but I'll never forget him. I spent more than a half hour on the phone with this man going over the problem on my wife's car. He was very busy while talking to me researching online whether or not my problem may be covered under warranty from the dealer for a special issue Honda acknowledged with their engines. All of this time he's helping me try to figure out how to get this car fixed by the manufacturer with no cost to me. Not once did he show any sign of thinking how much money he can take off of me. If this shop is so willing to help a complete stranger for free, what are they willing to do for a paying customer. I have yet to become one of those, but I'm absolutely convinced that when I do I will be well taken care of. I will never look for another mechanic I can trust......I already found him.
Just had my brakes done on my Audi A5. The Mechanic was honest and straight forward with the prices. He did a great job.
Amazing, Reasonable, Fair... and I can keep adding adjectives. Best place to take your car to without having to worry about cost, quality or anything else. They are best in customer service, reasonable price, excellent knowledge of cards and very very friendly.
