As a female i was hesitant because im looking to tone and thought UFC was all about fighting but this is actually the perfect place to do exactly what I need! Who knew?! The classes are what really get me working all the right places! They have a great staff and have a youth program which allows me to take advantage of the cardio and weight equipment while my kid is in class. So much better than your stereo typical crowded gyms that make me feel like eye candy for the few creeps that always have to ruin your time working out. UFC was worth the change!
