They are constantly misdelivering and/or marking items as delivered when they have not been delivered. I order a lot of items on ebay and it is extremely important not to mark a package as delivered if it has not been delivered yet. Sometimes I get it the next day or a few days later. Instead of delivering packages wherever the driver feels like he should actually look at what he is delivering to our multi-unit complex. I specifically have our unit on the packages and sometimes I get them sometimes I don't and then I'm the one out of luck.
My God, these people are extremely rude. I call in the morning to make an inquiry about my package. Before I could get a few words out the lady says "hold on, one minute", put me on hold forever and never returned. I suspect she just didn't feel like doing her job.
Go figure. At least the supposed bad image keeps the lines short.
Look, I understand this probably is not the most exciting job, I get that, but once you commit to a position, be fair to your customers and give them good customer service. "Good morning," "how may I help you?" and "thank you's" are a GREAT start!
This place is such an awful place because some of the clerks there are extremely RUDE! The most rude person I've see is this Kevin. A few months ago there used to be an old woman who was just as rude and mean as this Kevin. They are a great match to be in the Rude&Mean Team(not sure if she still works there). The female clerk who I guess is new here was very nice. I wouldn't have posted this if I only ran into this rude man once. Also, I guess other reviews are pointing to the same person.

I call back a few minutes later, and some rude dude picks up. He had poor manners and sounded very impatient.
If i could I would give it less. This office deserves not 1 star. Man that answered the phone is a rude and arrogant person. Has no respect or any form of communication skills. This office should close considering it's out dated and Carlstadt's brand new one is up and running and they actually enjoy helping people. East Rutherford's post office is where to go if you love being abused. Have a great day and hope to some miracle this office shuts down.
Other then the one transplant from the Rutherford PO, this is the best PO in the area in my experience. I am shocked at the poor reviews. Yes, the dummy from the Rutherford PO is rude (unless you are an attractive female) but Bonni has always been helpful and the other staff at least tries to do a good job.
