I am changing my review from 3 star to 5 star as they have made it up to us. They have prioritized the work and kept us posted time to time. As I was thinking of after sales service they recovered that nicely. Good work team Asal Motors. I hope to come back again for future car purchases for sure.

Well, went there to get a used Mercedes Benz ML350. They did everything nicely and promptly to sell the car and arranged the financing too. Once they gave us the car with a temporary registration, they promised that the original registration and number plate will be available in 10-14 days. And when we called them back to get the plate, they tried to blame us that our paper work was wrong. Well, they misplaced the papers and didn't do anything after selling the car. LOL. Now we have to wait for another week to get the plate while the car's temporary registration is already expired.
Let's see what comes up next.
I bought a 2007 Lexus GS350 from a salesman named Manny. Had a very nice and smooth experience. He was humble and attentive even though I was only buying like a $10,000 car he still cared about the whole experience of me being there. I have had the car for over three weeks now and love it. Best commuting car out there! Will probably visit sometime this week to pick up my official plates.

I ended up buying a hard to find G37 convertible from Asal Motors after searching for the better part of two weeks for this particular car. Considering I was out of state, these guys know what they are doing and made the transaction seamless. Emanuel took great care of me on the phone, over email, and in person from start to finish . The condition of the car was excellent and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. While waiting for the final paperwork to clear I had the opportunity to walk around their front lot and was impressed by the condition and quality of the cars and SUVs they have to offer, especially the German imports. Absolutely worth a look (or a phone call) if you are in the market for a used automobile.
