The service writer welcomed me right away. Took my information and directed me to the waiting area. After about 20 minutes gave me a status update on my vehicle. When my vehicle was completed explained what was done to fix my vehicle.
The Salesman at Bellavia, Arnie, was very patient and was willing to work with me. As a honest person I gave the dealership that I normally dealt with a chance to meet Bellavia's price. They met the price but Bellavia was not about to be undone and they came in with a better offer $80.00 a month less expensive than my normal dealer.
Had an excellent experience getting routine service performed on my Chevy; Everyone was professional and friendly. Waiting area was very comfortable and well maintained. By the way, they have wide variety of good coffee and other bevarage.
The service was just wonderful it was a very positive experience. Even though it's quite far from my home it was worth the trip. The two women I dealt with at the front desk were amazing. I highly recommend them.

I created an internet search on a Sunday for a Two vehicles that my wife and I were looking to lease. I received a call the next morning from Bellavia were they invited me to come test drive the vehicles we were interested in. I went to dealership not intending to get new vehicles as our current leases were not ready to expire and I was a regular at a different dealership.

We picked both vehicles up the next day. Arnie took his time to explain everything in the vehicles. The Finance department did not pressure us to add any extras either, which is normally the part of the process I hate.
